This product features an innovative absorbent core layer—air cushion composite core—specifically designed for premium infant diapers and women's sanitary pads.It employs advanced non-woven fabric composites and three-dimensional embossing technology to uniformly encapsulate highly absorbent resin (SAP) and cellulose pulp between multiple layers, forming a unique "air cushion" -style three-dimensional structure.
The core exhibits a honeycomb-like or lattice-patterned three-dimensional embossed structure. These protruding "air cushion" units not only provide ample expansion space for highly water-absorbent resin particles but also form numerous microscopic air permeation channels within the core.When liquid is rapidly introduced through the surface layer, the highly absorbent resin instantly absorbs and firmly locks in moisture, while the air cushion structure ensures that the core maintains its fluffy and dry state even after absorbing large amounts of liquid, preventing compaction or delamination.

The unique three-dimensional drainage channel, combined with high-performance highly absorbent resin, achieves instant absorption within seconds and effectively prevents liquid backflow under pressure, ensuring prolonged dryness of the skin-contact surface layer.
